  We bought our first camper from jasconversions 7 years ago. It was clear that this was a small company, and we decided to help them with advertising by giving out fliers and generally promoting them. We had, I thought, a good relationship with Adrian, Jed, and Sid.
  ▪On a trip to Ireland we had two of the four low profile tyres they had fitted, explode on us, ruining our holiday, and costing a lot to have new ones flown over from England. The garages and green flag all told us the tyres were not compatible with the van. On return to England jasconversions refused to agree they had put on incompatible tyres, and took no responsibility. We then had another burst tyre in Cornwall, and had to buy a completely new set of wheels. No monetary remuneration was offered by jasconversions, and worse, no apology. We decided not to argue.
  ▪ jasconversions had resprayed our van during its conversion. The passenger door paint began bubbling and peeling. After several "conversations" it was eventually resprayed. The paint is yet again peeling off.
  ▪After 2 months of visiting the premises, talking to and sending numerous emails asking for help with this latest problem, no one is even able to tell me the name if the people who can respray the door.
  ▪If this is how we are being treated after years if championing the company, I dread to think what their after sales service is like for anyone else. Ignoring customers is not the way forward. The way we have been treated has shocked and upset us.
  ▪We had been looking to upgrade our vehicle. Jasconversions has lost a sale to us of any other van.
